One year ago, a fragment of an interdimensional civilization crashed into Downtown Los Angeles, creating a quarantined zone known as “The Gleam,” where the laws of physics no longer function normally. Believing the area too dangerous for humans, morally questionable government contractors sent in four research animals to retrieve alien technology.
